Here are 2 pages of small articles showing that all hoodlums are not Motorcyclists and vice versa.

Prompted by a letter from H.G. Yarnell of H.G. Yarnell Trucking Co. who wrote a letter to Floyd Clymer about an article in the Chicago Daily Tribune entitled, "Motorcycle Gang Swoops Thru Gospel Tent Meeting."

Hoodlums with Motorcycles, in cars, and on foot Destroy Property in Riots...

Photo top right: this young hoodlum is getting exactly the treatment he deserves by a State Police officer. This punk in short pants, fortunately, is not a motorcycle rider and he may be the sutdent son of some respectable family upon whom he brings disgrace. If a few more of these wise guys were handled in a similar manner, there probably would be less activity by such groups - usually a bunch of cowards who bring about these situations and who display bravery only when thy outnumber helpless individuals many times over. Were it not for disgracing the Armed Services of our country, we might suggest that these young hooligans be drafted for military service immediately and to suggest if it were possible to put them on the toughest kind of military duty - Clymer.
