1938 Harley-Davidson fleet operated by the famous Keystone Motor Patrol

The splendid work the Motor Patrol is accomplishing on the highways of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and the District of Columbia is described in detail on pages 6, 7 and 8 of this issue.

Photo: Harley-Davidsons in Mexico City - Photographer Theodore Tribovii caught these two photographs during the Independence Day parade, September 16, at Mexico City. In the upper view the traffic police, all mounted on Harley-Davidsons, are shown leading the parade. The bottom photo shows a sidecar outfit, equipped with motor and pumping unit, used by the City Fire Department for effective emergency fire fighting. Several lengths of ladder also are a part of each unit's equipment.
