Circa 1969 Bultaco Sherpa T Trials Motorcycle Brochure with photos and specs

In 1965 we made a Trials machine, the Sherpa T, that made history at the tough Scottish Six Day Trial. First time ever that the event was won by a foreign machine...first time ever to be won by a two-stroke. It that was not enough we repeated the win in 1967 and 1968. Also winner of the British Trial Championship...three times! and in 1968 the first European Trials Championship ever held. You'd think we'd take it easy and let things slide for a while. Not so. The back-room boys in our research departments are restless. They saw several ways to make the Sherpa T perform better, steer better, and to increase the reliability. Impossible! you'd say if you own one of these machines. Well, try one of these new 5 speed models, and see for yourself!
