It has long been rumored that Japanese motorcycle manufacturers were developing "mokicks" (mopeds with bicycle pedals) in anticipation of the government's revision of the law so as to allow operation of such low-powered two-wheelers without a driver's license. Our honorable minister of transportation has not approved the revision yet, but Mr. Honda gave credence to the rumor by jumping the gun and announcing the new Honda P25, appropriately dubbed "Little Honda."...
