Sonny Angel has this battered but genuine dustbin fairing for the 1956 NSU Sportmax parked behind it. Behind the NSU (Yes, it's a four-stroke) is Stuart Shepard's Greeves Silverstone. Note front suspension on both.
The fast guys, Don Vesco on a Yamaha TR2, first Yamaha to win an American national race, and Tony Murphy on his Norton Manx. Vesco's 350 Twin was quicker than the 600-class Fours in the Six-Hour race.
Rudge Ulster is a Single with four radially disposed valves and two exhaust pipes. The model had a respectable racing career in the 30's........
