Meadowdale Raceway (near Chicago) Illinois, August 11, 1963; riding his fast BSA Gold Star in brilliant style, Jody Nicholas, 1963 100 Mile Champion, was unbeatable in the 150 Mile National at Meadowdale. In winning, the "mighty mite" from Tennessee lapped the entire field, established a new course record, beat all records including those set by racing cars.
