En route to the 1975 Helmet Law Protest are 3000 rather unhappy bikers

On the cover: En route to the 1975 Helmet Law Protest at the Federal Building in Los Angeles, California, are 3000 rather unhappy bikers ready to voice their opinions on the recent Helmet Law Legislations. Shown here are just a few of the 3000 traffic violations that should have been cited for running through a clearly marked stop sign. However, the one squad car that was assigned to the intersection was busy hassling Regis "Middle of the Road" Moore who was clicking away and dodging oncoming cars and trucks. Needless to say, the 3000 violators got away scot-free.
