Lois scribed this work in the 1920's but was not typewritten until 1973. This book takes us on a documented journey on Bill and Lois Wilson's Harley-Davidson motorcycle ( I believe a 1919 with a sidecar) journey from Vermont along the eastern seaboard to Florida in the 1920's. Lois talks about when they got married during World War I, Bills's course in electrical Engineering at Norwich University, a military college in Vermont, Bill's many jobs, the many people they met along the way, the beautiful countryside where they spent alot of time camping, many side jobs, Bill's drinking, Harley breakdowns, her time driving the Harley-Davidson with Bill in the sidecar ( one time she wrecked it and Bill broke some bones), battling the cold and weather on the way down and much more.
