1979 Honda XR500 Cycle Dirt Test / Specs











After the creation of the innovative XL250-S, Honda was ready to tackle a big-bore dirt thumper. The XR500 uses all of its sibling's technology including engine counterbalancers and a 23-inch front wheel. The trickery makes the XR a good bike; its smooth power makes it Pure Fun.
