Hot News from Vespa: 181cc Super Sport. Photo captions: 80 mph speedometer is slightly optimistic, but not extremely so. Hand shift has its advantages; Engine is easily accessible by removing cover. Direct gear drive to wheel is employed, eliminating chain; Spaire tire and wheel are neatly concealed in side sompartment. Note comfortable saddle; Front suspension is very soft, demands care in braking. Ride is ultra smooth; Glove compartment has key lock. Scooter also has steering lock. Pedal in photo is for rear brake.
