1966 Hodaka Ace 90 motorcycle and Larry Yount - beat...but unbeaten
Beat...but unbeaten. This is the story that's being repeated time and time again in every muddy, snowy, dusty, rocky hill and gully across this Great Land of ours. Anywhere there are guys that live for the kick of competition and demand a well-engineered, quality lightweight motorcycle with the guts to take the rough stuff, you'll find these little "Giant-Eaters, the Hodaka Ace 90. The weary young rider above is Larry Yount of Kennewick, Washington, who has just won the under 125cc class of the Championship (AMS) Dry Creek Trial in the rugged hills of Washington. One look at Larry and his Hodaka and you'll know how rough the competition was. Congratulations Larry (we're sending you a new brake lever) PABATCO is all heart. Oh, by the way, Hodaka took seven of the top twelve positions in the Dry Creek Trial, Yakima, Wash., Nov. 28, 1965.
