Canada's Yvon Duhamel scored his second straight AMA National win of the year, dominating both heats of the Champion Spark Plug Motorccle Classics' Expert road race at Ontario Motor Speedway. Earning Yvon the biggest purse of the '73 cycle season. Following Yvon home (in both 125-mile heats) were his Kawasaki teammates Gary Nixon and Art Baumann.
