Mounting brackets for extra Girling shocks are visible on swing arm, system proved unnecessary, providing too much dampening, according to Mulder;
Double spark plug leads for emergency ignition, allowing a switch to total loss battery system, coils for which are mounted behind seat. (PS: Never used).;
The sensationsl Mulder in action on the California desert;
Late style front wheel mounted in forks backward so early style wheels can be used if needed, without changing right fork leg and fender braces;
54 tooth overlay sprocket gives 5.44 gearing for desert and drags, removed it gives 4.84 for street, with 19 tooth counter-shaft;
Triumph twin engine is sprayed with heat resistant black paint to assist cooling.
